These terms apply to your use of www.swapnkiranagrofarm.com and to enquiries and bookings made with SwapnKiran Resort (SwapnKiran Farm & Agrotourism), Trimbakeshwar, Nashik. By using the website or booking with us, you agree to them.
Enquiries and bookings
- The website enquiry form is a request, not a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you personally, by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Availability, rates, inclusions and timings are confirmed by us at the time of booking and may vary by season and group size.
- The website takes no online payment. Advance, payment mode, cancellation and refund terms for a stay will be shared with you when we confirm your booking, and form part of your booking.
- Please provide accurate details. We may decline or cancel a booking where information is incorrect or where the stay cannot be hosted safely.
Guests' responsibilities
- Each adult guest must present a valid government photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must provide a passport and visa. We are required by law to record these details.
- Guests must follow the property's house rules and reasonable staff instructions, and take care of the property, farm and animals.
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for supervising children, particularly around the pool and farm areas.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to property caused by you or your group.
- We may ask guests who behave in an unsafe or disruptive way to leave, without refund.
Website disclaimer
- We try to keep the website accurate, but photographs, descriptions, distances, travel times, amenities and review ratings are indicative and may change. Please confirm anything important with us before you travel.
- Farm activities, produce, weather and the surrounding natural environment are not guaranteed. Services may be limited by weather, season or other conditions beyond our control.
- Food: veg and non-veg meals are prepared in separate kitchens. If you have allergies or dietary needs, tell us in advance; we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Activities such as swimming and farm walks involve inherent risk. Guests take part at their own risk and should follow staff guidance.
- Links to third parties (WhatsApp, Google Maps, the web developer's site) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SwapnKiran Resort is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a stay, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as weather, natural events, road closures or government restrictions). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, or our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The text, logo, photographs and design on this website belong to SwapnKiran Resort or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Privacy
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its updated date. A confirmed booking is governed by the terms shared at confirmation.
