This policy explains how SwapnKiran Resort (SwapnKiran Farm & Agrotourism), Talwade Shiwar, Trimbakeshwar, Nashik, Maharashtra 422212 (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use www.swapnkiranagrofarm.com or contact us to book a stay. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and any notes you choose to add.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: the details you share with us, including your phone number and the content of your messages.
At check-in: guest registration details and a government photo ID for each adult guest, which we are required to record for guest safety and legal compliance. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details.
We do not run user accounts, take online payments, or use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
How the enquiry form works
Our website does not have a database and does not store what you type into the form. When you press “Send Enquiry”, the details are placed into a message and opened in WhatsApp on your device, so you can send it to us. Once you send it, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and is received on our business phone.
Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm, manage or change a booking.
- To check availability and plan your stay (for example, group size and dates).
- To meet legal obligations, such as guest registration and record keeping.
- To contact you about your booking or stay. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
We use your information only for these purposes, and only after you have given consent (for example, by submitting the form or messaging us) or where the law requires us to keep it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you send us an enquiry or message through it.
- Government or police authorities, where required by law (for example, guest registration rules).
- Staff at the property who need it to host you.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own site. The Location section embeds a Google Map; when it loads, Google may collect technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's Privacy Policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The WhatsApp, call and email buttons open external apps and are governed by those services' policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking messages for as long as needed to handle your booking and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounts, disputes and queries. Guest registration records are kept for the period required by applicable law. After that, we delete them.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Guest records and chats are kept on our business phone and in registers that only authorised staff can access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it (unless we must keep it by law), withdraw your consent at any time, or have a grievance addressed. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we have already done with your data. Email us at swapnkiranagrofarmnashik@gmail.com or call +91 95119 18585. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
Children
This website is meant for adults. Bookings for stays with children should be made by a parent or guardian, and we only record a child's details as part of the family's booking.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date.
